This is our 4th year and each year, I am committed to making improvements
in the many facets of putting on a world-class tournament. I know you will enjoy the improvements in play, communication and special events.

As a former Pro Player wih 15 years of MLB experience, I am both pleased
and honored to have the opportunity to "give back" to this great game by providing a first class baseball experience that helps develop solid individuals both on and off the field.

I am very sensitive to the costs associated with travel for all players, coaches, families and fans involved. I am always looking for ways to balance our fees with the rising costs in expense areas such as baseballs, umpires, field maintenance and facility rentals.

FLETCHER BASEBALL CHAMPIONSHIP COMMERMORATIVE PROGRAM


At the request of many parents, players and coaches our organization is proud to announce the additional benefit of an Official Commemorative Program. It will be a great keepsake symbolic of your awesome Championship experience.

There is, however, a substantial investment required to produce the program and thus we will be asking the Team Manager to collect in advance from all players and coaches listed on your Official Roster a $6 Program Fee.
(Example: 15 players and 3 coaches on your Official Roster = 18 x $6 = $108)

We will have these ready at the tournament and the Program Fee can be conveniently paid at Registration. We wanted to let everyone know in advance so Team Managers can collect from their rosters and the cost is
then per each individual. We will have one team packet with the programs
and ask for one team check or cash payment from the Team Manager at Registration.

The Official Commemorative Program allows us to market the Fletcher
Baseball Championship Baseball Program to respective advertising sponsors throughout both the Florida Gulf region and across the country. We trust
you understand the importance of this scenario.

For teams that wish to have their team picture and roster in the Championship program you must have your team picture and roster in 30 days prior to the 1st day of the event.

In case any of your respective team sponsors or families want to take out a "Good Luck To A Player" Message.... program ad, the investment would be"        
       $85 for a business card size ad
       $150 for a quarter page
       $250 for a half page ad
       $500 for a full page

The deadline for the "Good Luck to a Player" ad is 1 month prior to tourney start date.

How can you participate in a Fletcher Baseball Championship . . .

Finish in the top 4 teams in each age division of a Fletcher Baseball Qualifying tournament and you will qualify to play in the Fletcher Baseball Championship.

Certain age divisions may receive at-large bids to a Fletcher Baseball Championship, but those that participate in Fletcher Baseball qualifiers
will receive top seeding.

Championship entry fees and payments are due on or before June 15. Payment can be made online or mailed in with a Cashiers Check or Money Order. Please make check or money order payable to Fletcher Baseball.
