2.) Mail in Your Official Registration Form with Entry Fee and then bring your Registration Information to the Tourney Check In at the HQ Hotel on Thursday June 26th from 6 - 9pm or Friday June 27th from 8 - 11am.

What to bring to Tourney check-in

  • Teams must have Fletcher Baseball as an additional insured  
  • Proof of team insurance
  • Permission/Release form
    This permission release form must be signed by each parent of
    a participating player, and turned in at team registration. No team
    can participate in the Championship without this being turned in, and
    no player can participate without having a parent or guardian sign.

  • Commemorative Program Fee. . Cost $6 per book The fee to buy programs for your team must be paid at time of registration. (Example: 15 players and 3 coaches on Official Roster = 18 x $6 = $108)
  • Opening Ceremonies Ticket Form with number of tickets needed and payment
  • A copy of players birth certificates
  • A copy of team roster
  • A copy of team registration

Fletcher Baseball Championship Commemorative Program

At the request of many parents, players and coaches our organization is proud to announce the additional benefit of an Official Commemorative Program for 2006. It will be a great keepsake symbolic of your awesome Championship experience.

There is, however, a substantial investment required to produce the program and thus we will be asking the Team Manager to collect in advance from all players and coaches listed on your Official Roster a $6 Program Fee. (Example: 15 players and 3 coaches on your Official Roster = 18 x $6 = $108)

We will have these ready at the tournament and the Program Fee can be conveniently paid at Registration. We wanted to let everyone know in advance so Team Managers can collect from their rosters and the cost is
then per each individual. We will have one team packet with the programs and ask for one team check or cash payment from the Team Manager at Registration.

The Official Commemorative Program allows us to market the Fletcher Baseball Championship Program to respective advertising sponsors throughout both the Florida Gulf region and across the country. We trust you understand the importance of this scenario.

For teams that wish to have their team picture and roster in the Championship program you must have your team picture and roster in by June 15th.

In case any of your respective team sponsors or families want to take out a "Good Luck To A Player" Message.... program ad, the investment would be"        
       $150 for a business card size ad
       $250 for a quarter page
       $500 for a half page ad
       $1000 for a full page
