and your $975 Entry fee for Ages 11u, 12u, 13u and 14u
Entry fee includes 15 tickets and 15 food vouchers to the Charleston Riverdog game,
a $195 value, and 15 commemorative programs, a $90 value.
What to bring to Tourney check-in
- Teams must have Fletcher Baseball as an additional insured
- Proof of team insurance
- 11u-14u Permission/Release form
This permission release form must be signed by each parent of
a participating player, and turned in at team registration. No team
can participate in the Tourney without this being turned in, and
no player can participate without having a parent or guardian sign.

Fletcher Baseball Championship Commemorative Program
At the request of many parents, players and coaches our organization is proud to
announce the additional benefit of an Official Commemorative Program. It will be
a great keepsake symbolic of your awesome Tourney experience.
There is, however, a substantial investment required to produce the program and
thus we will be asking the Team Manager to collect in advance from all players and coaches listed on your Official Roster a $6 Program Fee. (Example: 15 players and 3 coaches on your Official Roster = 18 x $6 = $108)
We will have these ready at the tournament and the Program Fee can be conveniently
paid at Registration. We wanted to let everyone know in advance so Team Managers can collect from their rosters and the cost is then per each individual. We will have one team packet with the programs and ask for one team check or cash payment from the Team Manager at Registration.
The Official Commemorative Program allows us to market the Fletcher Baseball World Series Baseball Program to respective advertising sponsors throughout both the Florida Gulf region and across the country. We trust you understand the importance of this scenario.
For teams that wish to have their team picture and roster in the Championship program
you must have your team picture and roster in by June 1st.
