We would like all players, coaches, parents, etc. to come to registration which will be at the Charleston Convention Center 5001 Coliseum Dr., North Charleston, SC 29418 

The Coaches meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn. The Hilton Garden Inn is right next to the convention center.

CHARLESTON HOST HOTEL INFO

In our continued effort to ensure a quality tournament experience, we
have entered into agreements with a wide variety of team friendly hotels. 

Our sponsor hotels have agreed to guarantee availability and lowest
group rate. As a result of these guarantees, all teams are required to participate in our sponsored hotel program. 

All teams are asked to block their hotels through All Sport Accommodations in order to ensure the integrity of our program and receive special tournament benefits. 

Each family will receive a Commemorative Destination Guide with
personalized travel information, maps and driving directions to your
hotel and our facility, points of interest and special offers and discounts

2.) Mail in Your Official Registration Form with Entry Fee and then bring your Registration Information to Tourney Check In at the Charleston Convention Center located Across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn on Friday July 4th 6 - 9pm or Saturday July 5th 8 - 11am .

DEADLINE: 2 Weeks Prior to the Tourney

Tournament Spots are NOT secured until entry fees are received.

and your $675 Entry fee for Ages 11u, 12u, 13u and 14u

What to bring to Tourney check-in

  • Teams must have Fletcher Baseball as an additional insured  
  • Proof of team insurance
  • 11u-14u Permission/Release form
    This permission release form must be signed by each parent of
    a participating player, and turned in at team registration. No team
    can participate in the Tourney without this being turned in, and
    no player can participate without having a parent or guardian sign.

Fletcher Baseball Championship Commemorative Program


At the request of many parents, players and coaches our organization is proud to
announce the additional benefit of an Official Commemorative Program. It will be
a great keepsake symbolic of your awesome Tourney experience.

There is, however, a substantial investment required to produce the program and
thus we will be asking the Team Manager to collect in advance from all players and coaches listed on your Official Roster a $6 Program Fee. (Example: 15 players and 3 coaches on your Official Roster = 18 x $6 = $108)

We will have these ready at the tournament and the Program Fee can be conveniently
paid at Registration. We wanted to let everyone know in advance so Team Managers can collect from their rosters and the cost is then per each individual. We will have one team packet with the programs and ask for one team check or cash payment from the Team Manager at Registration.

The Official Commemorative Program allows us to market the Fletcher Baseball World Series Baseball Program to respective advertising sponsors throughout both the Florida Gulf region and across the country. We trust you understand the importance of this scenario.

For teams that wish to have their team picture and roster in the Championship program
you must have your team picture and roster in by June 1st.

In case any of your respective team sponsors or families want to take out a "Good Luck
To A Player
" Message.... program ad, the investment would be"        
       $85 for a business card size ad
       $150 for a quarter page
       $250 for a half page ad
       $500 for a full page
