RIVERDOG BASEBALL GAME NIGHT HIGHLIGHTS

Tuesday - June 30th

1. Pre-parade Pin Trading Hour
4:30pm – 5:30pm in Brittlebank Park (behind Riley Ballpark)
Coaches to check in their teams upon arrival
All teams should be checked in by 5:00pm
Meet Players from other teams
Trade pins with other participants

2. Pre-game parade
Teams will be line up according to age group and name, beginning at 5:30pm
Riley Park gates will open at 5:30pm
Parents will only enter through the front gates of the stadium
The pre-game parade will begin around 6:15pm
PA announcer will give three points of note, per team
After the parade, teams will be lead to the picnic locations.

3. Pre-game picnic
Picnic – 7:00pm – 8:30pm – all you can eat
Picnic will be at Murray’s Mezzanine and on Doby’s Deck
Menu - Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Potato Chips, Iced Tea & Lemonade

4. In-Game Announcements/Team Pictures
Team Pictures will be taken at the open end of Doby’s Deck
one 10ft x 10ft will be provided, in the event of rain
We will announce all winners from the skills competition

Should there be any rain Saturday overnight (7/4) or Sunday morning (7/5), the Riley Park championship game will be cancelled.
Fletcher baseball will have an alternate location for the championship game to be played on Sunday (7/5) 9:00 a.m. start.
No outside food or drink is allowed in the stadium. The Concession Stand will be open during championship game.

CHAMPIONSHIP GAME SCHEDULE
