The WebLockerTM serves as your master control center for managing your personal health management program. The functions, services and programs enclosed in this service center are designed to help you improve your performance on and off the field.

The first step in any self improvement program is to understand who you are and how you deal with factors such as stress, success, winning, losing, hard work, commitment and how other factors affect you as an individual. To identify your personal inventory traits, we have created a First Step personality evaluation to help you become more familiar with these traits.

The next step will be to complete your short term and long term goals. To begin your quest to become your best, we provide a Goal Setting module. This will help you to clearly identify and define your goals, direction and level of commitment. This session can be done online via email, in person or over the phone.(based on membership type)

As a Platinum member, you may schedule your one-on-one face-to-face orientation. This one hour session will include instruction on how to use the advance tracking systems which are critical toward helping you make continual progress towards your goals. It will be important
for you to begin using the various tools that exist in your weblocker as soon as possible
so when you start to encounter resistance, we can prepare and possibly avoid it, tackle it head on or devise some other strategy to deal with the common pitfalls one encounters when they take on a self improvement program.

You can start the journaling process by entering data such as goals, family history, workout results, physical measurements, and other vital statistics. Once you have journaled current info, you can begin to plan new and vital activities that will start to form the road map for a new and improved you.
